By executing any service proposal, paying a development retainer, or utilizing proprietary software platforms operated by FFS Global Technologies, your organization agrees to these Terms of Service. Individual projects are further governed by formal Statement of Work (SOW) documents.
Unless explicitly specified otherwise in written developer agreements, all bespoke software source code, customized relational database partitions, and visual components engineered for client projects become the property of the client upon final milestone invoice clearance. Proprietary FFS frameworks (such as FXOS and Resultify) remain the exclusive intellectual property of FFS Global Technologies.
When executing remote IT support, network configuration, or server maintenance, FFS developers require secure, explicitly authorized credentials. We accept zero liability for pre-existing vulnerabilities or data integrity loss caused by unpatched third-party software outside our direct management scope.
While our engineering team targets 100% adherence to agreed milestone deadlines, delivery schedules may adjust based on technical scope amendments, external API delays, or telecommunication availability across regional hubs in Nigeria. Proper communication pathways will remain continuously open during any adjustments.
These terms and all commercial engagements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with the courts of Kaduna State retaining exclusive primary jurisdiction.
